A Guide to the Wetlands of the Lake Pontchartrain Basin |
This guide is a comprehensive reference to natural areas wtihin the Pontchartrain Basin that are acessable to visitors for the purposes of exploring and learning about its diverse habitats. Included are maps, background information about the area, and what you will find once you arrive. It should be noted that the guide was written in 2004, and while much information is still relevant, users should comfirm that areas are currently available to public use. A reivised edition will be released in the near future.
